Andrew Bear Altman is one year old and I can hardly believe it! Not only has his first year FLOWN by, but he has grown and changed so much in just the last couple of weeks that he truly does feel like a one-year-old now...although he'll always be my baby boy : )At one, AB is larger than 90% of boys his age, has eight teeth, eats anything as long as I put it into his mouth for him, gets around really well either crawling or cruising from stationary object to stationary object, waves 'bye' and/or 'hi', kind of claps and says "ma ma", "da da", "ba ba"... although not consistently to the correct Mama, Dada or Baba : ) He also makes sounds like "hi" and "gee" (doggy). He can definitely acknowledge his two favorites in the house...Samantha and Pongo!! AB tries hard to figure new things out and is, really, just becoming a great-natured kid!
We celebrated Andrew's birthday as a family on the 8th, then again on Sunday with more family and close friends. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time...here are a few pictures from both. Enjoy!!
