As hard as it is to come by around here, family time sure is precious when we have it! So, we are ever thankful for a fantastic week of fun, sun, and Daddy!!!!
SJ tried, tried, and tried again until she was able to boogie board in the surf. She also collected sea shells, dug for (and found!) pirate treasure, and was buried waist deep in the sand by Daddy! I also let her run and play in the golf course sprinklers...don't tell anyone : )
AB rocked his first adventure at the beach...loving the water and playing in the sand with Big Sis. He had an affinity for beach chairs (as he does anything that can be climbed upon) and could often be found "lounging."
We all enjoyed a boat ride through beautiful marsh channels, enjoying many species of wildlife, from stingray to great heron, along the way, especially coming within feet of several different pods of dolphins!!
